Terms and Conditions

1. 1. General Scope: EuroAccess Partners provides strategic management consulting, business development, and relocation advisory services.
3. 2. Payments & Pricing: All fees for consulting services are agreed upon via contract/invoice. Payments are processed in CHF, EUR, or USD.
5. 3. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the customized nature of professional consulting services, fees are non-refundable once the advisory work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.
7. 4. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Bülach / Zürich, Switzerland.
